1. Do you have a physical location?

At this time, we operate online only. We do not have a physical store location.

4. What is your return policy?

All items are final sale. However, we will review each request on a case-by-case basis and will make exceptions for items damaged in transit. Photos are required for damaged items/packages. 

2. Do you do in-person meet ups?

We do in-person meet-ups at local card shows/cons where we are vending at. Meet-ups outside of card shows ("Craigslist-style") are not possible at this time. Please see our vending calendar in the "About Us" section.

5. Do you accept cancellations?

We accept cancellations as long as the package hasn't shipped out yet.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We are looking to add new countries based on request. Currently, we ship to Argentina, Canada, France, Germany, the UK, and Switzerland. Please note that duties and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Where are you located?

We are based in Staten Island, NY.
